The unit trait called Cybernetic is available at the start of a game without restriction or a requirement. I did not find any place where the Cybernetic ability is used or required. They are not related as much as many players think they are. There is also a Cybernetic ability, a unit trait called Cybernetic and a promotion for leaders called Cybernetic. The Torian and Mimot branches look like these. This is what the Terran branch looks like. Races without the Fertile ability will have the branch end at Xeno Medicine.
